Generally does what it says it will

Ive only used it a few nights and I did pay for the full upgrade. First thing I noticed is that the Soundscape sound I select doesnt play except for on the selection screen. It is advertised to play to help me fall asleep so I expect it to play when I start a session and turn off when the time expires when I said I wound start sleeping. Nothing. Emailed them and no response yet but Im not over anxious yet. Another thing is that I use a fan in my bedroom for white noise. When running the fan, my recordings always show very low snoring volumes. If I turn the fan off, I have high to "epic" snore volumes. Seems the app could do a better job finding a baseline ambient room noise volume so it could provide more accurate recordings/results when the room has constant background noise such as a fan running. I am pleased with this app in general as it does let me actually record and hear my snoring patterns as it has me concerned being single with nobody telling me if Im not breathing at night.
