And so is my snoring. My poor wife has been telling me for years that I snore and due to the app I now can see she is not exaggerating. I am over 160 snore score! Ive since been to a sleep clinic, tried zyppah, and finally resolved that I will need CPAP. Not what I wanted but at the end it is for my health. Maybe this app will help u find a solution for you.
