Works great!

I love this app! Helps me understand what impacts my sleeping and snoring! I was told I have sever sleep apnea! No one asked why? Food allergies? Sinus issues? I know I have food allergies and sinus issues! Now, I sleep on light or no dinner. Avoid dairy, bread and sugar. I have lost weight, my snoring is improved, and ready for second phase of self-improvement! Doctors have become business people! What a shame to the profession and the oath!
A note to reader: every situation is unique to the individual and my results may not apply to you. Do your homework, talk to your Doctor. Dont be afraid to tell your Dr. that you are not convinced by simply buying an expensive machine! Ask, "why?".
