Good product previously

Following update recordings became impossible to hear (all digital static/noise). Even previous recordings that were once very good. No response from their support line. Have iPhone 6S with more than 64GB available. Even tried deleting app and reinstalling (losing recorded session). Still plays back recordings with lots of noise(not background noise - seems to be a failure in their audio compression algorithm. ) the visual depiction of the recordings look correct.

Am reviewing so poorly as apparently they are more interested in marketing their sleep solution than maintaining their Software application.
