I thought my BF was exaggerating until I used Snore Lab and played back the recording. He wasnt! I was snoring really loudly. I have been trying different remedies and tracking the effectiveness of each. I like the way I can use the app to look at each night and compare data to figure out which remedy works best. I highly recommend this app.
